Group Leader: Ruobing Ren

Ren Lab was established in December 2017. The research topics include structural basis and molecular mechanism of triacylglycerol synthesis, molecular mechanism of fatty acids sensing and tranport, and molecular mechanism of sterol hormones sensing and regulation. The lab utilizes state-of-the-art structural, biochemical, and biophysical techniques, like X-ray crystallography and Cryo-EM imaging, to carry out structure and computer-aided drug discovery.
