Du Lab was established in mid 2019. The research topics of the lab include molecular mechanism of GPCRs involved in cancer/neurological diseases, structure-based novel drug desig and optimization, immuno-binders and antibody engineeing against GPCRs, and methodological development of cryo-EM studies with GPCRs.
